A normal SpermCheck Fertility result (two lines) means your sperm count is at least 20 million per milliliter, which is considered normal. While it doesn't guarantee fertility—since other factors also play a role—it does help rule out low sperm count as the issue. A low result (one line) indicates a sperm count below 20 million per milliliter, which may cause conception issues, though some men with lower counts can still father a child. Sperm count can fluctuate, so retesting after some time or lifestyle changes may yield a different result. If you're still unable to conceive after six months, or if your results remain negative, consult a physician for a full fertility evaluation. If you do not see the control line (“C”), the test cannot be interpreted and you should test again with another SpermCheck device.
