What if something is missing from my kit?

Please submit a ticket if you receive a kit that’s missing an item. We’ll be sure to send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. You CANNOT use any other items that were not supplied to you by the empowerDX kit. The lab will NOT process your sample if you use a replacement item that did not come from empowerDX to return your sample.
