I forgot to fast before collecting my sample. Can I still send my specimen in?

If you have a test that requires fasting, but forgot to fast before collecting your sample, we can either send you a new kit at a discounted rate or you can send your sample to be tested without fasting. However, if you do not fast, then you'll receive inaccurate results based on our reference ranges. Please submit a ticket to determine the best next steps
